Der Shinbreaker — 2010

The Inventor model of our tenth robot.

Der Shinbreaker was our robot for the 2010 game, Breakaway. It was designed with a "bogey" wheel system. This system allowed our robot to easily move over the bumps that run across the field. This was the first time we used something other than Tank Drive to move our bot.

The name of our robot is derived from the large metal "kicker" attached to the underside of the bot. The kicker should allow our team to perform well during the competitions.
