2007 Game - Rack and Roll

Rack and Roll combines the theory of tic-tac-toe with the excitement of a race. In this game, robots in alliances of three-on-three race to hang inflated pool tubes, called " ringers", on a round metal "spider". Each ringer is worth two points by itself, but two ringers in a row are worth four points, and three in a row are worth eight points, etc. Robots could score up to eight ringers in a row, worth an amazing 256 points! Because robots are only allowed to carry one ringer at a time, they must be fast and accurate to score as many as possible. At the end of the match, robots drive back to their "home zone". There, one alliance member can lift their two alliance partners twelve inches off the ground to score up to 60 points!
