Queen Hannah's Revenge is our robot for the 2012 game, Rebound Rumble. It had a high-powered shooter with an adjustable hood for aiming. Two deployable wedges were used to lower the bridge and to help the robot over the bump.

Drive Train

– Four CIM motors – Two Banebots-775 motors
– Eight wheel tank drive, center wheels lowered for maneuverability
– Pneumatic wheels

Shooter

– Powered by two Fisher-Price motors connected to a CIMunlator gearbox
– Adjustable hood for aiming
– Variable speed flywheel

Electrical/Pneumatics

–Potentiometer on hood
– Encoders on drive wheels for Autonomous mode
– Two limit switches to detect balls entering and leaving the robot
– Two on-board accumulators for deploying the "Magic Triangles"

Programming

– Autonomous mode would shoot both balls into the highest hoop and then tip the center bridge in order to bring balls onto our alliances side
– Automatic shooter positions and setpoints
– Automatic "Magic Triangle Deployment"
